That's why we offer installment plans - they let you split the total cost into smaller monthly payments instead of paying everything at one go. You pay a fixed amount each month until the total amount is paid off, which allows you to be a little more relaxed about the costs. If an invoice is eligible, you will see “Installment option available” just below the “Pay Now” button in the Payment section of your app. If you do not see the installment option there, unfortunately, it means this particular invoice isn't eligible to be split into multiple payments. If this option appears and you would like to proceed: Tap "Pay Now",Select "Pay in installments",Select the monthly amount you would like to pay and your payment methodReview your instalment plan and confirm the Terms and ConditionsThe installment plan is then createdPlease note that a small processing fee applies when setting up an installment plan. This fee varies based on the total amount and will be clearly displayed in the app before you confirm. Once your plan is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’ll be able to track remaining payments and upcoming due dates directly in the app.Important: Unfortunately, installment payments are not possible with your SEPA direct debit. However, you can create a second payment profile in the app, add alternative payment data, and then use it for this payment. Just go to “Payment,” “Edit payment profile(s),” and “Add profile.” You can add your payment method and enter the remaining details.Just a quick note: it is not possible to combine multiple invoices into a single installment plan. Therefore, if you have more than one eligible invoice, you will need to set up a separate plan for each one.
