The administration fee is charged when a traffic violation is processed. Processing a traffic violation requires work from our end: we need to collect the data, identify the driver, inform the authority about the driver, and then inform the driver.

This fee is debited from your payment profile, in the same way that a rental is debited. You don't have to do anything about this.
