📱 Digital Charging

Available in: France, Italy (Milan), the Netherlands, and Germany (Berlin & Rhineland).

No plastic cards needed—just your smartphone!

1. Locate a station directly in the app.
2. Activate the charging pole by entering the number into the app to unlock it.
3. Grab the cable from the trunk (unless the station has its own).
4. Plug the cable into the station first, then into the car.
5. Confirm in the app to begin the session.

💳 Charging via Card

Available in: Spain and Germany (Hamburg & Stuttgart).

1. Locate a station directly in the app.
2. Get the card: You’ll find the charging card in the glove compartment or armrest.
3. Tap the card on the station's reader to activate it.
4. Grab the cable from the trunk (unless the station has its own).
5. Plug the cable into the station first, then the car.
6. Double-check that the car's dashboard or the station indicates "Charging."
7. End your trip in the app. It's that easy!

💡 Earn up to €10 in credit by charging cars with low battery levels. Be sure to check the specific requirements directly in the app before you start. Remember to only end your rental after the car is plugged in!
