If you've found an item (e.g., wallet, handbag, phone, etc.) belonging to someone else in one of our cars, we recommend placing the item into the trunk of the car and ending your trip. Alternatively, you can take the item to the lost and found office in your city.

If it's a particularly valuable item, please get in touch with us – we'll block the car until our service team picks up the item and takes it to the lost and found office in your city.

You can now report any lost or found items in the app within 12 hours after your trip ends:
