This service is available in Paris with our fuel-powered (ICE) vehicles like the Peugeot 208 or Opel Mokka (ideal for long distances). Our Home Stations are located at: Station Gaîté MontparnasseGare de l'EstPorte de Saint-Cloud Booking & Starting Your Trip How to book: Open the app, look for the three-car icon on the map, select your dates (from 30 minutes up to 30 days), choose your car/insurance, and confirm. We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance.Key location: Inside the glove compartment.Damage check: Mandatory. You must take 4 photos of the car via the app before driving to report any existing damage. Fuel & Refueling Is fuel included? No. Fuel costs are your responsibility; there is no reimbursement for fuel. You will receive the car with a full tank and must return it with the same fuel level to avoid penalty fees. Please check our Fees and Costs Policy for more information. Returns & Ending Trips Where to return: To the exact same Home Station where you picked it up. Drop-offs at airports or other stations are strictly prohibited.Return Rules: Use the parking badge found inside the glovebox to open the garage gate (hold it near the contactless reader). Park, return the badge to its spot inside the car, and exit on foot. Can't end the trip? Check that you are at the correct Home Station, the fuel level matches your pick-up level, and you have completed the photo check-out.
