Here's how you can clear your outstanding balance, depending on your payment method: Credit or debit card: Pay directly in the app using a credit card.Open the app ▶ Menu ▶ Trips ▶ Select the failed invoice SEPA Direct Debit: Transfer the outstanding amount directly to our bank account. Once the payment is received, your account will be automatically unblocked. If you're unable to complete the payment through the app, there will be three more attempts to debit the amount from your credit card. For direct debit customers, only one additional attempt will be made. If the payment remains unsuccessful, you’ll receive up to three payment reminders requesting that you transfer the outstanding amount directly to our bank account.
