We don't expect you to refuel our cars. However, if you do so at our partner stations, the cost is covered by us, and we'll even give you credit as a thank you!

Simply check the app for all partner fuel stations in your area. Instructions on how to fuel can be found here.

Spain
We do not currently have partner fuel stations in Madrid. Please follow these guidelines based on your rental duration:

• Rentals under 6 hours
  Fuel is included. If you need to refuel, please pay upfront at any station and submit your receipt through the app to request a full refund. You may earn credit if all the requirements are met!
• Rentals of 1 day or more
  Fuel is not included. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at the start of your rental. We cannot offer refunds or credits for fuel on long-term rentals.
  
  

United States
Our Washington fleet does not currently support digital fueling or physical fuel cards. Please refuel the vehicle as needed and pay upfront. Simply keep your receipt and submit a refund request directly through the app — we’ll take care of the rest! Plus, you’ll earn an extra $10 credit for every fuel refund of $30 or more.


Note: If you fuel your car at a non-partner fuel station or outside of the country, you have to pay for it yourself and send the original receipt to us.
