Driving a car-sharing car requires respecting the same traffic rules as when driving a private car, and applies to all driver's license holders.

If a customer commits a traffic violation (like illegal parking, speeding, running a red light, etc.), it gets documented by the authorities. In some illegal parking cases, the vehicle may also be towed and impounded.

Normally, fines are sent to the car's owner first by the issuing authority or company. Since our customers don't own the vehicles, we receive all fines as the registered owner and need to process them accordingly. Once we receive a fine, we review it to identify which customer is responsible for the offence. The handling process varies depending on the fine type and the country where it was issued.
